Maggie joined Felicity House in 2020 to help develop the food program to cater to the unique dietary needs of the community. Prior to Felicity House, she also worked for a number of years at Fountain House, a community- based mental health program supporting the needs of adults with severe mental illness. Maggie comes from a background in classic culinary training from the French Culinary Institute paired with in-depth research working on food issues in vulnerable populations during her Masters work at NYU. Maggie also works privately with clients 1-1 to help develop executive functioning skills, coping mechanisms, and appropriate social engagement using cooking and nutrition education. In her free time, Maggie is an avid distance runner and enjoys travel, reading,and spending time with her family.
