Barre is back! Fitness instructor and Director of the Yoga Room in Astoria, Jenn Schulte, will be teaching the fundamentals of Ballet Barre work (without the bar). Participants will do strengthening and toning exercises for their legs, followed by some cardio. The barre class will also include basic arm work with weights, to build upper body strength. All fitness levels are welcome. Workout clothes and clean socks are mandatory.
