This workshop is only open to members of LOTS Connection. A new member Sushi Basics workshop will be offered in March. You love to eat it – now learn more about it and make it yourself! In this Sushi Basics workshop, guest chef, Abby Hitchcock, will discuss the culture of sushi an its unique presentation. You will also learn all the techniques of making sushi from the proper equipment, to what the appropriate ingredients are and where to buy them.
