Come enjoy a low impact, high intensity strength training class that combines compound strength circuits with low impact cardio intervals. Focusing on your breath, balance, and flexibility, Sculpt is the perfect class if you’re looking to increase your range of motion or supplement your training. Workout clothes, sneakers and clean socks are mandatory. Participants will meet at Felicity House promptly at 3pm and walk over to the Uplift studio located a few block away.
Participants will leave right after class from Uplift, we will not be returning to Felicity House.
