What is DNA?

What do we actually know about DNA? How can we see it and what is it made of? Join Dr. Jeanne Garbarino, Director of Science Outreach at Rockefeller University for a workshop answering these questions and more. Jeanne will offer a presentation on DNA and lead a series of exercises that will allow participants to extract DNA from food and make observations using a microscope. No science background needed.
