Professional dancer and personal trainer, Kyla Barkin from the Barkin/ Selissen Project, will lead a class on yoga and Pilates that will help participants with their flexibility, core strength and relaxation. Attendees will be asked to participate in physical activity that can be modified according to fitness level. Comfortable workout clothing and clean socks are mandatory.
