The Book Lover’s Special Interest Group will be reading Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar, by Cheryl Strayed. For two years, Strayed anonymously responded to appeals for advice on the website, The Rumpus, under the pseudonym “Sugar”. Tiny Beautiful Things is a compilation of both the advice requests and Strayed’s emotional, compassionate, and occasionally hard-hitting responses drawn from her own life experience. As always, there’s no need to read the book beforehand.
