In this lecture by Archeologist Patty Hamrick, will explore the history of our favorite furry creatures and learn things like which animals were raised to hunt rats and which ones were meant to fit inside a woman’s sleeve. We’ll discuss the DNA of wolves and look at fossils across the globe to see how different countries and cultures have treated today’s most popular breeds. No active participation is required for this lecture.
