The Story of Our House

HISTORY

Felicity House was a home even before it was Felicity House.

The townhouse was built during the American Civil War for the Pyne family.
Percy Rivington Pyne I was born in 1820 in England. He moved to the United States in 1835 and married into a wealthy banking family. He eventually became the President of the City National Bank and built the townhouse for his wife, Albertina Pyne and their two children, Percy R. Pyne and Moses Taylor Pyne.

Construction

A blueprint for you.

Felicity House was built with you in mind. It has been created with the comfort and flexibility needed to address the unique needs of women with autism such as softer lighting, soothing textures, and quiet rooms.
