Alice DePietro, LCSW, joined Felicity House as a Program Manager in 2020. Previously, Alice worked as a Program Supervisor in Community & Family Services at YAI, where she managed YAI’s Camp & Travel programs. In this role, Alice led trips to destinations near and far, with customized vacation itineraries that offered unique experiences for adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to her role with YAI, Alice was a Program Manager at Best Buddies New York. Alice holds a Masters in Social Work from NYU.

Alice enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, eating pizza with friends and family, and planning themed photoshoots for her dog, Maddie.
