Felicity House
Rabbi Stern is a graduate of The Bronx High School of Science, Columbia University, and holds three degrees from The Jewish Theological Seminary of America, culminating in rabbinic ordination. He also received an honorary doctor of divinity from the Seminary in 2008. Rabbi Stern has been a congregational/pulpit rabbi for his entire career, which spans more than 3 decades. He has served in advisory capacities to hospices, to Jewish patients in recovery programs (alcoholism and chemical dependency), to local political officials, and on interfaith councils and rabbinic organizations. Rabbi Stern is a “people person” and is a compassionate counselor, comforter, friend and teacher.
