Jed joined Felicity House in 2024, after serving as the CFO/COO of UpStart, Adamah, and New York Legal Assistance Group over the past twelve years, where he helped to create financial, business, technology and human resources solutions for these growth stage organizations. In those roles, Jed worked closely with board members and program leaders to develop strategic approaches for strengthening organizational capacity to advance their missions, as well as coaching and training leaders in the field. Jed has a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MA in Public Finance from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.

Jed enjoys seeing live jazz, political podcasts, taking long bike rides in Brooklyn, and playing sports with his son.
