Lauren joined Felicity House as a Program Manager in June 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Social Work from Boston University. During her MSW program, Lauren worked with the Asperger/Autism Network (AANE), where she co-facilitated social and support groups for neurodivergent adults and served as lead facilitator of the Women’s Group. She also worked with Empowering People for Inclusive Communities (EPIC) to help implement leadership and community service programming for young people with disabilities. Prior to joining the Felicity House team, Lauren was an Inclusion Coordinator at the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights, where she designed neuroinclusive recreational programming and environments.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys training for triathlons, writing songs, building Lego sets, and spending time in nature. She has a black cat named Salem.
